Individual Therapy
You don't need another person telling you to
"just cope better"
You deserve a therapist who can sit with hard stuff, help you make sense of it and actually help you figure out what to do next.
At Supportive Shores, therapy is warm, real, practical and deeply personal. No perfect therapy language required. No judgement. No pretending you have it all together.
Come exactly as you are. You do not have to clean up your story before bringing it into the room. We start with what is real, not what sounds good.
There is room here for complicated feelings, dark humor, tears, silence, messy stories, and starting over. You're allowed to want a therapist who feels like a real person.

I am not here to sit silently, nod for 50 minutes, and send you home with a worksheet.
I will listen. I will ask questions. I will notice patterns. I will challenge you when it is helpful, support you when life is heavy, teach you tools you can actually use, and help you connect the dots between what happened to you and how you are living now.
Real People. Real life. Real Support.
WHO I WORK WITH

I work with children in a supportive, age-appropriate space where they can build skills, express emotions and better understand what they are experiencing.
Children (6-12 years)
I work with teens and young adults in a supportive, judgement-free space where they can talk openly. Therapy is tailored to their stage of life and individual style.
Teens & young adults
I work with adults navigating stress, grief, life transitions, relationships or simply "feeling stuck". Therapy is a collaborative space with the goal of forward movement.
Adults
REAL CONVERSATION
Therapy that feels human.
I am present and engaged. I will listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, offer feedback and help you notice patterns that may be hard to see from inside your own life.
FORWARD MOVEMENT
Insight supporting growth
We can explore the why, but we will also work on the how - boundaries, coping, communication, emotional regulation, relationships and what you want to change outside of therapy.
CONNECTION FIRST
I do not rush trust.
Especially if therapy has failed you before. You can be skeptical. You can need time. Safety comes before vulnerability, and trust is earned, not assumed.
WHAT MAKES THERAPY HERE DIFFERENT
Professional doesn't have to mean cold. Clinical skill with real human connection.
Therapy can be clinically grounded and still feel like a conversation with another human being. You deserve both.
